Studying at an academy?
Students of a coach on Pro get 25% off, up to 30 per coach. The price is deliberately low: we want everyone to be able to afford it, including people who are still taking lessons.

About the subscription
What counts as a reference “session”?
Everything you look up in one go counts as one: going through a whole game with the panel open, or checking twenty positions in an opening, is a single session. It closes after 30 minutes without a lookup, or after 4 hours. At 10 a day, a normal day of study doesn't come close — the limit is there to stop bulk scraping, not people. Same with opponents: going back over the same one as many times as you like doesn't cost another.
I'm a student at an academy. How do I get the discount?
Once your coach adds you as their student and the relationship is accepted, the 25% discount applies to your account automatically. A coach can have up to 30 students.
What happens to what I already have if I don't subscribe?
Nothing. Your collections, repertoires and training progress stay yours and accessible, and you can export them as PGN whenever you want.
When will you start charging?
There's no date yet. When there is, we'll email everyone on the list well in advance.
Will there be a club price?
Yes — the plan is to have terms for academies and clubs with several students. Tell us how many you are and we'll talk.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, there will be an annual rate at a discount over the monthly one.
