chessgrit is a personal project developed in Catalonia. For anything about your data, write to hola@chessgrit.com.

What this website collects

If you leave your email on the notification list, we store the address, the language you were browsing in and, if you picked one, your profile (player, coach or club).

This website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.

What we use it for

To email you once, when subscriptions open, and to get a sense of who is interested.

We don't sell or share the addresses with anyone, and we don't use them to send you anything else.

For how long

Until we open subscriptions and tell you about it, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hola@chessgrit.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority.

The application

This notice covers the website. Your application account data (games, collections and training progress) is handled inside the application and is only accessible to you and to anyone you explicitly authorise by sharing a collection.
